CHINESE NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna (drained) 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles 1 c. celery, sliced thin 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/3 c. milk or chicken broth 1/4 c. chopped onion Salt and pepper In a saucepan combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup chow mein noodles. Heat thoroughly and pour into a 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle remaining noodles over the top and bake 5 more minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 5. |
