1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sugar

Melt butter and mix with cocoa. Beat eggs and sugar. Add flour and nuts. Add to butter mixture. Mix well. Bake 30 minutes on 350 degrees. While cake is hot, place 1/2 package miniature marshmallows over top of cake. Work fast. Cover with icing made of:

1/2 c. confectionery sugar
