CHICKEN LIVERS 'N RICE 
1 pkg. frozen chicken livers
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Wash livers. Dip livers in flour to coat. Fry in a little butter. Sprinkle salt and pepper on livers to taste. Cook rice in water with touch of salt. Drain rice. Place livers on rice on deep platter. Heat soup and dribble over livers and rice. Serve hot.
