CHICKEN/BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1 c. minute rice
1 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Stir rice, milk, soup, chicken, broccoli and half of the cheese. Place in a two quart casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Before baking, top with remaining cheese.
