CHICKEN-BROCCOLI DIVAN | |
1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into spears or 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's condensed cream of broccoli or cream of chicken soup 1/3 c. milk 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz.) 2 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs 1 tbsp. butter, melted 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. In 10x6 inch baking dish, arrange broccoli; top with chicken. In small bowl, combine soup and milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. In cup, combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over cheese. 3. Bake 15 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Makes 4 servings. To microwave: Do not cook broccoli. In 10x6 inch microwave-safe baking dish, arrange broccoli. Cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on HIGH 6 minutes, rearranging broccoli halfway through cooking. Drain. Top with chicken. In small bowl, combine soup and milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. In cup, combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over cheese. Cover with waxed paper; microwave on HIGH 6 minutes or until heated through, rotating dish halfway through heating. |
