3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin
10 dashes Tabasco
1/3 c. half & half
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. crumbled bleu cheese

Combine all above and refrigerate. Makes 1 quart.
