BUTTERSCOTCH RITZ 
48 or more Ritz crackers
Smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 (12 oz.) bags butterscotch chips
1/3 cake paraffin

Spread peanut butter on 24 Ritz crackers and top with another Ritz cracker. Melt chips in top of double boiler with the paraffin. Dip Ritz sandwiches into chips and cool on waxed paper.

Depending on the freshness of the chips and how smoothly they melt, this recipe may make more than 24 sandwiches. Refrigeration improves flavor.
