CHERRIES IN THE SNOW CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. size whipped topping
1 angel food cake (homemade or purchased)
2 cans cherry pie filling
Coconut

Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Arrange slices of angel food cake on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread 1/2 of cream cheese mixture on cake. Spread 1 can cherry pie filling on top. Repeat layer with cake, cream cheese mixture and cherries. Sprinkle with coconut. Chill overnight.
