CHICKEN OAHU 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. oil
4 c. herb seasoned stuffing cubes
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple

OAHU SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Flour, salt, pepper and paprika chicken and brown in oil. In crockery cooker, combine stuffing cubes and undrained pineapple; place chicken on top and cover. Cook on low heat for 6 hours. Remove chicken. Spoon Oahu Sauce on top. Put stuffing in bowl. Serves 6.

Oahu Sauce: Combine ingredients in saucepan. Simmer until tender, 12 to 15 minutes. Add soup, sour cream and soy sauce; heat thoroughly but do not boil. Makes 3 cups sauce.
