1 bx. lime jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
15 marshmallows (melted)
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 pt. whipped cream

Mix 1 box lime jello with boiling water, add pineapple juice and marshmallows. Cool until it starts to set, then beat with mixer until foamy. Add crushed pineapple, cottage cheese and whipped cream. Set until firm
