1 lb. powdered sugar 1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter 1/2 c. melted butter 3 c. Rice Krispies 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips 1/3 stick paraffin wax 1. Mix together powdered sugar, peanut butter, melted butter and rice cereal. Shape into about 60 balls (usually more than 60, size about 1" balls). 2. In top of double boiler, melt chocolate chips and paraffin wax. Dip balls into chocolate mixture and lay on foil or waxed paper until set. (Dip balls either by toothpick spoon or anything capable of picking up the balls.) |
