OVEN SMOTHERED CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 oz.) can Coke
1 stick butter
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. minced or chopped onion

Place chicken parts in a large casserole dish. Sprinkle all dry ingredients over chicken. Spread soup over chicken and pour Coke over entire chicken. Cut up butter in pats over the chicken. Cover and place in 400°F oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake another 15 minutes. Remove cover and brown chicken on both sides, allowing the sauce to thicken. Serve over rice.
