1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. or 1 lg. box of vanilla instant pudding mix
3 c. milk
12 oz. container of Cool Whip
16 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed

Mix cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar; set aside. Mix vanilla pudding and milk; set aside.

Then mix above mixture together and add Cool Whip and mix. Crush 16 ounce package of cookies. Layer in pail or bowl, pudding mix then crushed cookies. Repeat until full or out of mixture and cookies.
