VEGETABLE PITA MELT 
Choose any 5-6 from these vegetables:

Squash
Carrots
Onions
Sweet peppers
Snow peas
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Bean sprouts
Water chestnuts
Broccoli
Eggplant

Also will need:

Pita bread
Sliced Kielbasa
Olive oil
Oregano
Mozzarella
Garlic
Basil
Salt, pepper

Saute any combination of vegetables in olive oil for 5-10 minutes with the rest of the ingredients (except bread). Slice the pita open and put the vegetables on top. Drizzle with a little more olive oil, and place on cookie sheet. Add shredded Mozzarella and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
