TWICE TOPPED MEAT PATTIES 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2/3 c. canned milk
1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. mustard
2 c. mashed potatoes
3 slices cheese, cut into 4 strips each

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Combine milk, ground chuck, cracker crumbs, egg, onion, salts and mustard. Mix. Shape into 6 patties. Bake 20 minutes. Spoon an even amount of mashed potatoes in center of each pattie. Cross 2 strips of cheese on top of potatoes. Return to oven 3-4 minutes to melt cheese only.
