ORANGE WEDDING SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. tapioca pudding
1 (3 oz.) orange Jello
3 c. water
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 cans mandarin oranges

Combine tapioca, Jello and water in saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Chill overnight. Beat gelatin mixture until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and oranges. Spread in pan. Top with more oranges.
