MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. cold water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
2 (13 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges, drained & cut up
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Stir unflavored gelatin into cold water. Add orange Jello to boiling water. Stir in unflavored gelatin mixture. Blend until sugar is dissolved. Stir in frozen orange juice; add orange and pineapple. Pour into container(s) and congeal.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1/2 c. milk
1/2 pt. Cool Whip

Mix pudding and milk until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread topping on salad after congealed.
