ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. orange Jello
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Add 2 cups boiling water to Jello. Dissolve Jello. Add orange juice concentrate, drained pineapple and drained mandarin slices. Refrigerate. Let Jello mixture set up. Mix 1 cup of milk and instant pudding, then add Cool Whip. Put on top of Jello mixture. Let set 5 minutes. Top with grated cheese.
