ZUCCHINI STEW 
1 lb. sausage
2 c. celery, sliced
3 c. zucchini, sliced
1 c. onions, sliced
2 green peppers, sliced
2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes, do not drain off juice
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Brown sausage in 4 quart pot. Drain grease. Add celery, cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered 30 minutes. Serve with Italian bread and Parmesan cheese. Serves 4 to 6.
