2 c. zucchini chunks
2 onions, diced
2 green peppers, saute in oil
1/2 lb. hot sausage, browned
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 or 2 cloves garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer until done.
