HASH BROWN POTATO SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. sour cream 1 can cream of potato soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 (1 lb.) pkgs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed Blend together cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in soups, onion, salt, and pepper. Add potatoes and mix. Place in 13 x 9 inch greased baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
