9 c. Rice Chex cereal
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

In a small saucepan over low heat melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Pour cereal in a large bowl and pour melted mixture over cereal. Stir to coat all cereal.

Place powdered sugar in a large zip lock bag. Put half of cereal mixture in bag with powdered sugar. Shake to coat. Spread on wax paper to cool. Add rest of cereal and repeat shaking.

Store in airtight bag or container.
