SAUSAGE RICE CASSEROLE | |
1. Cook UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice (1 package) as directed. 2. Chop onion fine, 1 cup celery, 1 bell pepper. 3. Saute 1 pound hot sausage, drain. Saute onion, celery, peppers until tender. 4. Add all ingredients together with 2 envelopes Lipton chicken noodle soup mix. 5. Put in large casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees covered with foil. May substitute (chicken) for sausage. |
