1 ready made graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped cream topping, thawed
Fresh strawberries (or other fruit or mint leaves) for garnish

Beat cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream topping. Blend well. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, about 4 hours. Garnish as desired.
