SWISS ARTICHOKE DIP 
14 oz. can artichoke hearts
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

Mash artichoke hearts. Mix grated cheese with artichoke hearts and mayonnaise. Pour mixture into 1 or 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cook covered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, uncovered and continue cooking for 15 minutes or until mixture bubbles and cheese is melted evenly. Serve with taco chips or Triscuit crackers.
