SWISS CHEESY POTATOES 
1 1/2 lb. new potatoes, unpeeled
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 9 baking dish. Slice potatoes and layer in dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix cream and broth and pour over potatoes. Cover dish and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 more minutes. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and return to oven until cheese melts. May be doubled in a 9 x 13 pan.
