SWISS AU GRATIN POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Paprika
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 pt. whipping cream
1/4 lb. butter

Butter 9x13 inch cake pan. Put in potatoes breaking up any clumps. Spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle cheese evenly over potatoes. Pour over whipping cream (unwhipped). Dot with butter.

Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours, 350 degrees. Serves 10-12.
