BEST - EVER APPLE PIE 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
5 tbsp. water
Salt

Add water to oil; do not stir. Add all at once to flour; stir lightly with fork only until moistened. Divide in 2; roll out between 2 (12 inch) pieces of wax paper to fit pie pan.

FILLING:

Sliced apples to fill
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon to taste
Flour for thickening

Slice enough apples to fill pan; put some flour on crust. Fill with the apples mixed with the sugar and cinnamon. Place dots of butter and the vanilla on top. Cover with crust. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
