SOUR - LOAF POTATO BREAD | |
1/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. potato flakes 1 c. very warm water Step 1 (starter) : Must set out on cabinet top 7 days. Mix above ingredients. Let stand, then feed. Then let set 8 to 10 hours on cabinet. Stir often with wooden spoon. If you are not making bread that day, set in refrigerator. Will need 3 loaf pans. STEP 2: 1/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. cooking oil 1 1/2 c. warm water 1 c. starter 6 c. flour |
