SPINACH BREAD 
1 loaf French bread, split lengthwise
8 oz cheddar, grated
4 oz mozzarella, grated
1 stick Parkay butter, softened (NOT MELTED!!!)
1 package chopped spinach, cooked and drained

Add hot, cooked spinach to cheese/butter mixture. Spread on bread. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 until hot.
