COLE SLAW | |
Toss until well mixed: 1 med. head cabbage, finely shredded 1 sm. onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped 1 c. celery, diced 1 carrot, shredded HOT SLAW DRESSING: 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 c. white vinegar Beat eggs. Add sugar and vinegar. Slowly bring to boil. Cook until thick. Set aside to cool. When ready to serve, add dash of salt over cabbage. Then add dressing. |
