PEPPERONI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. spring macaroni
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. pepperoni
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
Green pepper or mushrooms
2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Cook macaroni and drain. Mix Parmesan cheese and macaroni. Then mix macaroni with 1/2 of the pepperoni, cut into quarters, with spaghetti sauce. Spread in casserole dish. Spread rest of pepperoni on top and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
