MEATBALLS IN DILL SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. dill weed or seed
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Mix above ingredients and form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Lightly brown in 2 tablespoons oil.

Make sauce of following ingredients. Add meatballs and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over plain cooked rice or noodles.

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. hot water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients and add the meatballs, and cook as noted above.
