TURKEY LOAVES WITH DILL MUSTARD
SAUCE
 
3/4 c. Kellogg's All-Bran cereal
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 lb. ground turkey

Combine Kellogg's All-Bran cereal, onion, egg white, garlic salt, pepper, water chestnuts, mustard and horseradish. Mix in turkey. Shape into 4 individual loaves. Place in foil-lined 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with Dill Mustard Sauce.

DILL MUSTARD SAUCE:

1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dill weed

Combine mustard, lemon juice, and dill weed; mix until smooth and spread 1 tablespoon of sauce on each turkey loaf.

Makes 4 servings.
