MARTHA'S COMPANY CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. noodles
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. minced green onions
1 tbsp. minced green peppers
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook noodles as directed. Drain. Meanwhile in butter saute 1 pound ground beef until brown; stir in tomato sauce; remove from heat. Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, onions, green pepper. In 2 quart casserole, spread half of noodles; cover with cheese mixture, then rest of noodles. Top with 2 tablespoons melted butter, then meat sauce. Refrigerate. About 1 hour before serving bake casserole in 375 degree oven 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
