BRIDGE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. can crushed pineapple
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9"x12" pan.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk

Melt in saucepan and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly, add 1 cup pecans and 1 cup coconut. Pour over cake while still hot.
