POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 stacks of Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. poppy seed
Dash of pepper
Dash of salt

Boil chicken and cut into bite sized pieces. Grease 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and with one stack of crushed Ritz crackers. Mix chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, poppy seed, salt and pepper. Spoon chicken mixture on top of Ritz crackers. Add the other stack of crushed Ritz crackers. Pour melted butter over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
