BRENDA'S ALL BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 c. Kellog's All Bran
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Stir together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder. Set aside. In another bowl, mix All Bran, egg and oil. Mix well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 muffins. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes or until brown.
