BRENDA'S MEATLOAF 
1-1/2 lb. ground beef
2 small cans evaporated milk
1 can spanish rice
1/4 c. water

Mix ground beef with milk and rice; blend well and shape into a loaf. Place loaf in a greased casserole dish. Pour water over top.

Bake at 350°F for 45 - 60 minutes.
