KAT'S CREAMY CHICKEN AND
MUSHROOMS
 
I served mine with macaroni and cheese. It was delish!

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (Healthy Request)
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 cup Ragu chunky spaghetti sauce with garden vegetables
1 tsp. Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
handful of cherry tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine soup, minced garlic and spaghetti sauce in a bowl. Lay chicken in a casserole dish. Sprinkle Creole seasoning over chicken breasts then a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. Add soup mixture over chicken then tomatoes and finally sliced mushrooms on top.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Serve with rice.
