ZABAGLIONE 
2 c. cold milk
3 c. light cream
2 lg. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
2 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. sherry

Pour milk and cream into mixing bowl, add pudding, beat slowly with egg beater. Let stand for 5 minutes. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Gradually beat in sugar. Fold egg whites into pudding. Chill. Just before serving stir in sherry. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
