HOT DOG RELISH 
4 c. ground onion
1 med. cabbage, ground
10 green tomatoes, ground
12 green peppers, ground
6 red peppers, ground
1/2 c. salt

Mix together. Set for 3 hours. Drain. Add: 4 c. vinegar 2 c. water 1 tbsp. celery seed 2 tbsp. mustard seed 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric

Boil for 3 minutes. Put in canning jars. Seal. Makes about 9 pints.
