ZUCCHINI PIE | |
1 baked pie shell, cooled, 9" or 10" 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 9 oz. carton Cool Whip 2 c. finely shredded raw unpeeled young green zucchini, drain on paper towel 6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate Combine condensed milk, lemonade and Cool Whip. Fold in zucchini. Pile into pie shell. Refrigerate at least two hours before serving. Will keep well in refrigerator for two or three days. |
