CHERRY ALMOND BALLS 
1/2 c. Karo syrup (light)
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. almond extract
3 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers (12 oz. box)
Colored candy
Sprinkles or coconut or powdered sugar
Candied cherries

Mix Karo syrup, orange juice and almond extract with crushed vanilla wafers. Mold 1 teaspoon of mixture around a candied cherry. Roll ball in candy sprinkles, coconut or powdered sugar. Store tightly covered. Makes approximately 48 balls.
