ORANGE BLOSSOM MUFFINS 
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs well, add sugar and water and flour that has been sifted with salt and baking powder. Add vanilla. Grease tins. Use 1 tablespoon butter in each well. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Do not overcook. Dip while hot in orange glaze.

ORANGE GLAZE:

1 box confectioners' sugar, sifted
Juice and grated rind of 2 oranges
Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon

Freezes well.
