CHEDDAR CRACKERS 
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely grated Cheddar cheese
1 lg. egg white
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine flour, paprika, baking powder, salt and cheese. In a small bowl, beat together egg white, water and butter. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Knead into a ball and set aside under an inverted bowl for 10 minutes.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 2 baking sheets. Divide dough in half and roll out each half very thin on a lightly floured surface. Cut dough into 1 1/2 inch rounds using a cookie cutter. Arrange 1/2 inch apart on cookie sheets. Bake until lightly browned, about 20-25 minutes. Cool on rack. Store in a tightly covered container.
