2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour and milk. Make a paste. Cook over low flame; let cool. Add butter, sugar, Crisco and vanilla and beat. Add paste and beat well. Beat again and heat well. Icing done.
