SNICKERDOODLE COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk (skim)
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Mix all above ingredients and put in greased 8 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine topping ingredients and pour over cake batter. Bake 30-35 minutes at 325 degrees. Eat warm or cold.
