TEXAS HASH CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. egg substitute
1/2 c. non-fat yogurt
1 c. butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa

Mix first 6 ingredients in bowl. Bring butter, water, and cocoa to a good oil and add. Pour into Jello roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. skim milk
4 tbsp. cocoa

Bring butter, milk, and cocoa to a good boil and add to sugar. Beat well and pour over hot cake.
