3 lg. onions 1 lb. ground beef 2 c. canned tomatoes 1 c. reg. uncooked rice 1 tsp. chili powder 2 scant tsp. salt Pepper Dice onions, fry until golden brown. Add ground beef, stir in canned tomatoes. Add regular uncooked rice, chili powder, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until rice is tender. Uncover the last 15 minutes. |
